It was a fantastic service experience. They set us up for a trip to the Marble Mountains and Hoi An. And, you have direct proximity to the beach and the tiki shacks for beach atmosphere and cocktails. The room was superb and every request was addressed. The breakfasts were large and had many options. I think anyone can have a good time here.

The staff was amazing and very efficient! Everything was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the food was great, and the rooftop views were amazing! Will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

The staff were awesome! The hotel was very well located to all the sights. Nancy was exceptionally friendly and had great customer service skills. Bath shower had good water pressure. Gym was okay. Treadmills could be upgraded but they did work. We would stay here again.
